EUGENE, Ore. (KATU) — Zachery Ty Bryan, the actor who played the oldest son on the long-running 1990s sitcom “Home Improvement,” was arrested in Oregon -- again.
Bryan, 41, was arrested on Friday. He is currently booked into the Lane County Jail on felony counts of fourth-degree assault and third robbery, as well as a misdemeanor harassment charge.
He’s being held without bail.
Bryan was previously arrested in Eugene in October 2020 for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
In February 2021, he pleaded guilty to menacing and assault charges. Several other counts were dismissed.
In that case, Bryan was sentenced to three years of probation and had several conditions, including that he attend and complete a domestic violence intervention treatment program.
