Visit Pilgrim’s Perch
Get to Pilgrim’s Perch; you will find enemies with regular levels and some powerful opponents with spikes on their heads. Defeat both kinds to collect Vigor from the dead bodies; sometimes, those enemies may drop Vigor as well.
Deal damage heavily with your attacking weapons and strike with full might to kill all your opponents while you explore Pilgrim’s Perch.
Go to Vestige of Blind Agatha
After coming from the Pilgrim’s Perch, head to the Blind Agatha area. There, you will again have to fight against the caged creatures. Deal heavy damage to annihilate those spikes to earn Vigor.
But remember, you need to use your Magic Lantern to protect yourself from the spiky heads of Blind Agatha.
Kill All the Enemies

The Final Move
Return to the Umbral Realm and now use your Vigor to set up your vestige in the nearby Umbral Flower location for farming more Vigor. After your Vigor multiplies by 3X, Scarlet shadows will appear, and they will drop.
