The last Bon Jovi album may have been titled This House Is Not for Sale, but as it turns out, Jon Bon Jovi's own New Jersey estate is up for sale. The property, located in Middleton, New Jersey, spans an expansive 15-acre and boasts a, 18,000-square-foot main house, and its asking price is a reported $20 million.

Identified in its official real estate listing as High Point Estate, the mansion has six bedrooms and seven full baths (with another two partial bathrooms thrown in), as well as plenty of other premium amenities including a "custom designed, one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art Movie Theater." And whoever the next owner of the mansion will be will have plenty of interior elegance to enjoy:

"The interior was masterly painted by internationally acclaimed Pierre Finkelstein, his realistic wood graining, intricate glazing, 18th and 19th-century patinas, gilding, handmade plaster finishes, ornamentation, custom-cut stenciling and architectural trompe l'oeil is detailed throughout the home. The first and second-floor foyers are intricately hand-painted Venetian plaster in a design that appears textured but smooth to the touch."

In addition to the main house, there are also four outbuildings on the property. First is a "timeless carriage house" that hearkens back to the estate's original 1910 design, and has three bedrooms and three and a half baths. What was once a stables area has now been converted to combination garage/recording studio, while another stables building is now a "laundry room, workshop, and storage area." But probably the most impressive of these outbuildings is the "Shoe Inn" Pub, complete with a bar imported from France.

Rounding out the property is the 750 feet of gorgeous riverfront, with great views and a dock with boat lift. But if you really want to appreciate Jon Bon Jovi's soon-to-be-former abode, you can see it for yourself in the video below from Mark Thomas.
